GROUP A
Tennessee Sin - A simply "sinful" combination of several types
of cheeses, ham and other secret ingredients. Baked until hot and gooey,
and served with fresh crostini bread.
Cheese Biscuits or Cheese Straws - Tender little sweet cheesy biscuits
with a hint of garlic. Or our extra large piped cheddar cheese straws
- just a little spicy!
Bacon & Spinach Quiche - Mini quiche with cheeses, bacon, and spinach
- baked in a buttery pastry crust.
Cheesy Gift Box - A real departure from the traditional cheese ball.
Our cheese spread is made of roasted chicken breast, Parmesan cheese,
cream cheese, marinated artichoke hearts and shallots. Then formed into
a box shape and presented with garnish to appear as a gift
box. Served
with assortment of gourmet crackers.
Spinach Artichoke Dip - Warm spinach and artichoke dip served with Crostini

Stuffed Mushrooms - Large mushroom caps stuffed with a mixture of lump
crab meat, Italian sausage, and lots of Parmesan cheese. Baked and
served hot.
Italian Meatballs with our Secret Dipping Sauce - Bite size meatballs
made of ground chuck mixed with herbs, Italian breadcrumbs,
and Parmesan cheese. Sautéed and served hot to be dipped in our secret
dipping sauce.
Ham & Swiss Rolls - Fresh baked yeast rolls stuffed with honey ham,
Swiss cheese, and a special savory mayonnaise ,then brushed with a sweet, poppy
sauce. Baked till golden and served warm.
Tapenade Tomatoes - Small Roma Tomato halves stuffed with a mixture of
minced Nicoise olives, garlic, and touches of anchovy, fresh basil, Tobasco,
and a drizzling of extra virgin olive oil... a taste sensation. Served
cold.
Stuffed Croissant Rolls - Freshly baked croissant bread is stuffed
with your choice of deli meats, cheeses, and sauces. OR our very popular
homemade chicken salad.

Mini Teriyaki Chicken Skewers - Tender strips of chicken breasts marinated
